Game Rules
GAME RULES & USER AGREEMENT
This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Administration of the software product "online computer game Ace Online (Air Rivals, Space Cowboy)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), accessible at www.acereturned.online and other related domains, and the user of the Game (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. General Provisions
By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms they are of legal age or have obtained parental/guardian consent. The User's consent is mandatory for using the Game. Registration, installation, or any use of the Game constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. The Agreement is effective indefinitely until terminated.
The Administration may amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is posted on the Game's website. It is recommended to review it regularly.
The Administration provides services including access to the game server, gameplay, informational resources, and other Game services. The Game client is available for free download. The User bears the cost of their internet access.
The Game is provided "as is." The Administration is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game. The User acknowledges the risks associated with prolonged computer use and potential effects like photosensitive seizures.
All intellectual property rights to the Game belong to the Administration. All services and paid features are provided exclusively by the Administration. Prices may change at any time.
The Administration may collect data such as IP addresses and use cookies for statistical purposes and User identification.
Fraudulent payment for services is prohibited. The Agreement is concluded indefinitely.
2. User Account Rules
2.1.
The User is allowed to register a maximum of one (1) account on the server.
2.2.
It is forbidden to register or use accounts on different in-game nations ("factions"). Violations will result in a ban for all associated accounts.
2.3.
The User must not be, nor be affiliated with, staff members of Wicked Interactive, Gameforge4D, YD, Masangsoft, Arario Corporation, Innova Inc, VTCGame, Shanghai Yetime Network Technology Co.Ltd, or any Private Server of the Game.
3. User Obligations & Prohibited Actions
The User is obliged to:
3.1.
Comply with this Agreement.
3.2.
Immediately report any software errors (bugs) or exploits to the Administration.
3.3.
Keep their account password confidential. The account owner is fully responsible for all actions performed under their account.
3.4.
Follow the instructions of authorized Administration personnel (GM/GA/DEV/CoMa/SA).
3.5.
Treat other Users and Administration representatives with respect and courtesy.
The User is strictly prohibited from:
3.6.
Account Sharing & Trading: Sharing account credentials (login/password) with third parties, or selling, buying, trading, or exchanging game accounts, items, or in-game currency for real money or any external valuables.
3.7.
Exploits & Cheating: Using software errors (bugs, exploits) for personal gain; using or distributing any unauthorized third-party software that provides an advantage (hacks, cheats, bots, scripts, macros). Decompiling, modifying, or interfering with the Game's code, algorithms, or memory is forbidden.
3.8.
Impersonation & Fraud: Impersonating another User, an Administration representative, or a Game Master. Deceiving or misleading the Administration or other Users for personal gain (scam).
3.9.
Espionage & Nation Interference: Using an account ("SPY-GEAR") to support an opposing in-game nation, including assisting in outpost, mothership, or strategic point activities.
3.10.
Disruption: Hacking, deciphering transmissions, taking actions to disrupt the Game's normal operation, its website, or servers. Restricting other Users' access to the Game.
3.11.
Inappropriate Conduct: Using profanity; insulting other players, the Administration, or the community; threatening violence; engaging in disrespectful behavior.
3.12.
Prohibited Content: Registering characters or guilds with names containing profanity, insults, meaningless symbols, political/ethnic hatred, or references to other websites/resources. Names similar to those used by the Administration are also prohibited.
3.13.
Advertising & Spam: Advertising any products, services, or websites unrelated to AceReturned in any chat or communication channel. Spamming in general chat channels.
3.14.
Discussion of Other Servers/Games: Discussing, linking to, or advertising other Ace Online (Air Rivals, Space Cowboy) servers, bots, or third-party programs in any communication channel. Discussion of other unrelated computer games is allowed only within reasonable limits.
3.15.
Illegal & Harmful Content: Advertising pornographic websites, drugs, or similar information. Disseminating materials promoting hatred based on religion, culture, race, nation, etc., or committing/inciting illegal activities. Distributing links to malicious software or websites.
3.16.
Brigade (Guild) Responsibility: The Brigade (guild) is responsible for the actions of its members. Irregular acts by a member that benefit the Brigade as a whole may result in the Brigade's dissolution.
3.17.
Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback for donations will result in an automatic and permanent account ban.
3.18.
Multiple accounts:: Using multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited for one person.
4. Administration Rights
4.1.
The Administration reserves the right to:
- Close, limit, or modify the Game and its elements (items, balance) without prior notice.
- Deny access to any User for violating the Agreement, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
- Apply sanctions for rule violations, including but not limited to: warning, account renaming, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or account deletion.
- Delete any information or materials deemed unacceptable.
- Transfer data about violators to law enforcement agencies.
- Ban any account without providing a reason.
- Resolve disputes not covered by this Agreement at its discretion.
- Terminate this Agreement and cease services unilaterally.
4.2.
Sanctions may be applied regardless of whether the User used paid services. Funds spent on a blocked or deleted account are non-refundable, with compensation granted solely at the Administration's discretion.
4.3.
The order and severity of punishments (Alert, Warnings, Ban) are at the discretion of the Administration staff.
5. Administration Liability Limitations
5.1.
The Administration is not liable for the actions of other Users.
5.2.
The Administration does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Game.
5.3.
The Administration is not responsible for technical failures, communication line issues, or problems with the User's computer.
5.4.
The Administration is not responsible for losses due to the User disclosing their password.
5.5.
The Administration will take reasonable measures to ensure stable operation but does not guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
6. Refund & Donation Policy
6.1.
All donations are final. Refund requests may be submitted but approval is entirely at the Administration's discretion.
6.2.
A refund request must be made by notifying the Administration beforehand. Unauthorized chargebacks will lead to an account ban.
6.3.
Refunds are only considered for unused Donation Points (DP) and only if the request is made within 14 days of the donation.
6.4.
In case of a malfunctioning purchased item, the item will be replaced or funds will be refunded to the in-game account.
7. Final Provisions
7.1.
By creating an account, the User accepts all rules stated above.
7.2.
The User acknowledges that, in case of breach of this Agreement or providing false information, they may be expelled from the Game without notice, compensation, or reimbursement.
7.3.
The User agrees that AceReturned is not responsible for time spent or money donated in the Game. This is the User's own responsibility.
7.4.
It is the User's responsibility to stay informed about the current rules, as they are subject to change without notice.
7.5.
This Agreement, along with all stated Rules, are standard and must be followed without exception.
